Job summary

Faria Education Group is seeking an entry-level bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Success Manager to lead executive relationships for a large international school group. You will coordinate Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation to deliver a unified client experience across HQ and school sites.

This remote role requires EST hours and up to 20% travel, with a focus on account strategy, retention, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Prior school leadership and CRM knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with fluent proficiency.
• Experience managing executive relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, and Implementation.
• Comfort working across regions and schools with minimal formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships at group HQ and school level.
• Develop and own multi-year account plans for retention and growth.
• Lead back-to-green plans and monitor retention risk.
• Serve as primary internal coordinator for group accounts within Faria.
• Coordinate rollout and adoption plans with Implementation and Support.
