The role requires Spanish bilingual ability, willingness to travel up to 25%, and familiarity with dental practice management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix. You will join a fast-paced team dedicated to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience preferred.
• Experience with dental practice management software helpful.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Must engage patients with a BIG personality and provide education.
• Educate patients and community through outreach.
• Collect insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Ensure payments are collected at time of service.
• Input data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule appointments daily and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Support the team and assist with daily housekeeping.
