Job summary

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a patient services coordinator to support our multi-site practice. You will engage patients, verify insurance eligibility, process claims, collect payments, and schedule appointments across multiple work sites.

Preferred candidates have dental office experience and Spanish bilingual skills, with up to 25% travel and a valid driver’s license. This role supports a fast-growing dental group with opportunities across specialties.

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is preferred.
• Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• This position may require use of personal vehicle for travel to different work sites; active valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Engage and entertain patients with a big personality.
• Educate patients and the surrounding community through outreach efforts.
• Collect information to verify insurance eligibility.
• Ensure patient payments are collected at time of service.
• Input data to create insurance claims.
• Gather patient health history as required.
• Schedule patient appointments daily.
• Gather data to obtain pre-authorizations for treatment.
• Support the team in daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
