Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Must be reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service inquiries.
• Improve the customer’s experience using service techniques.
• Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels.

Skills

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues

Customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient)

Strong team orientation and customer focus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
