Job summary

MCI Careers is looking for bilingual Data Breach Agents to assist consumers during data breach events. This temporary remote position requires candidates to be fluent in English and Spanish, and to have excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers, resolving service inquiries, and utilizing service techniques. Qualifications
