Job summary

MCI Careers is looking for Data Breach Agents to support customer communications following data breach events. This temporary remote position requires fluent English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Agents will assist customers with service inquiries, improve their experience, and manage customer dissatisfaction. Qualifications
