Job summary

Amerit Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the United States for a 3+ month engagement. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, assists with enrollment transactions, and provides accurate information on programs, policies, and procedures.

The candidate must be authorized to work in the USA and be comfortable working in a production-driven environment. Initial training is onsite with remote work allowed after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service or call center.
• Bilingual fluency in English and one of the listed languages.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide enrollment assistance.
• Provide accurate information on programs, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate or refer callers to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client programs and desk guidelines.
• Adhere to contract compliance provisions and production goals.
