Job summary

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST with training onsite followed by remote work options after training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and another language listed in the posting.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and assist with enrollment-related transactions.
• Provide accurate information on programs, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client programs, guidelines, and desk procedures.
• Adhere to contract compliance and meet quality/production expectations.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
