Formación

• Must have at least 2 years in customer service, call center, or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Home office must be quiet with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a professional manner.
• Support customers across programs and services including restocks and catalog orders.
• Investigate and resolve concerns, escalate when needed while owning the customer experience.
• Document interactions and ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
• Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to support customer success.
• Attend training and team meetings to support ongoing development.
