Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative to support inbound inquiries in the group savings and retirement sector for an insurance client. You will handle transactions, provide information, escalate to specialists when needed, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to security policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and fluency in English and French, with office software and ticketing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer support experience with ticketing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard software tools.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and handling high-volume inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries about employer-sponsored savings and retirement plans.
• Assist clients with withdrawals, deposits, and retirement rollovers.
• Provide general information about the organization.
• Refer clients to specialists when needed.
• Receive, understand, resolve complaints, and offer solutions.
• Provide support and guidance while complying with internal policies.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Maintain strong client relationships through follow-up.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance our services.
• Adhere to the information security policy to ensure data confidentiality.
