Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to provide information and resolve day-to-day inquiries about products and services. This remote role supports a global client base in a call center function, handling end-to-end service requests with professionalism.

You will answer requests via phone, chat, email and online portals, update records in company systems, generate work orders, and help improve processes. Bilingual in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required for client communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years' experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email and online requests.
• Generate and follow up on service request work orders.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
• Update company systems and databases.
• Contact customers for updated information.
• Run and distribute ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate to improve processes and efficiency.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Adhere to defined procedures under supervision.
