Maritz is seeking a Remote Customer Operations Specialist to deliver Premiere Customer Service for the Automotive Rebate program. You will handle inbound calls, validate applications, and perform back-end tasks to keep programs running smoothly.

Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese, you will join a 40-hour Mon-Fri schedule (8AM-5PM PST). This temporary role can extend long-term, paying $20–$21 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Clear speaking voice, strong grammar, and excellent retention skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Research, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Receive and manage inbound calls from participants, addressing questions about Claims, program details, and recommending solutions based on their needs.
• Validation of Applications and Claims associated with Automotive Rebate program
• Provide back‑end operational support to ensure seamless program execution.
• Attend training sessions for new and existing clients to stay informed on POEV program updates and operational changes.
• Deliver accurate, timely information on programs and services to customers.
• Update internal tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.
