Job summary

Maritz is seeking a part-time, temporary Customer Operations Specialist to support call center activities. You will handle inbound calls, update order information, and assist with back-end tasks so clients receive accurate information and timely service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years in customer service, and solid computer skills. You will work in a remote setup with a quiet space and reliable internet, Monday–Friday 8:00–4:30 CST, through February 2027.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, call center experience a plus.
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple screens.
• Excellent communication skills with clear, articulate phone voice.
• Proficient writing and grammar skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• 60% Inbound calls: handle questions about orders and provide solutions.
• 20% System updates: review and update order information in the proprietary system.
• 20% Back-end support/training: assist with back-end support and attend client trainings.
