Maritz is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, update orders, and provide back-end support and training. This temporary role runs weekdays from 8:00 to 4:30 pm CST, with location flexibility across the United States.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of call center experience, strong communication and writing skills, and solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience (Call center experience preferred).
• Strong computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple screens online.
• Excellent communication skills with an clear, articulate phone voice.
• Proficient in writing and grammar; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• 60% Inbound Calls: respond to participant questions and suggest solutions.
• 20% System Updates: review and update order information in the system.
• 20% Back-end Support / Training: assist with back-end support and training sessions.
