Maximus is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support our Health Texas project. You will handle customer care and benefit enrollment via phone, IVR, and web portals. Training is paid and includes a $1/hour pay increase after successful completion.

Residency in Texas within 70 miles of Austin is required. We offer full-time roles with hybrid or fully remote options, and schedules during 8:00 AM–6:30 PM CST, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• willingness to learn and adapt to training program.

Responsibilities
