Maximus is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support our Health Texas project, delivering customer care and benefits enrollment via phone, IVR and web portals. Paid training ensures you have the knowledge and professionalism needed.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, on-site Day 1 for equipment training, with hybrid or fully remote options. This is a full-time position based in Texas with shift coverage during CST hours.

Qualifications

• Requires fluency in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–6 months of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Ability to type efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via telephone, IVR, and web chat in line with policies and confidentiality.
• Provide accurate information on programs and services to enrollees and providers.
• Document and track all interactions in appropriate systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and perform data entry accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
