Maximus is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) to support the Health Texas project, delivering customer care and benefit enrollment services via phone, IVR and web portals. On day one you will join onsite, then you may work remotely from home.

The role includes paid training with a $1/hour pay increase after training, requires Texas residency near El Paso, and offers a full-time hybrid schedule with call center hours from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Residence in Texas within 70 miles of El Paso.
• Willingness to work hybrid/remote schedule.
