Job summary

Maximus is seeking bilingual (Spanish & English) Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project. You will handle inquiries via phone, IVR, and web channels, guiding enrollments and servicing benefits with accuracy.

The role is full-time and hybrid: training on-site for the first week, then optional work-from-home arrangements with occasional on-site visits as required. Must live within 70 miles of San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required (Spanish & English).
• High school diploma or GED; 0–6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, IVR, chat, or web channels.
• Provide accurate program information and enrollment guidance.
• Document interactions and process transactions in systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Assist with translation/interpretation for non-English speakers.
