Job summary

Maximus is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to support the Health Texas project, handling customer care and benefit enrollment via phone, IVR, and web portals. Paid training will prepare CSRs with knowledge and professionalism. Bilingual candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English.

These are full-time roles offering Hybrid and Fully Remote options, with residency in Texas and within 70 miles of the Austin Metro area. Training requires Day 1 onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to type efficiently and handle high call volumes.
• Excellent attendance and reliability during training and work.
• Must be able to work onsite on Day 1 for training.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, IVR, web chat, or other approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to enrollees and providers.
• Document interactions and transactions in applicable systems.
• Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to appropriate staff as needed.
• Perform translation or interpretation services for non-English speakers according to procedures.
