Job summary

Maximus is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Specialists to support our Health Texas project by providing customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR and web-based portals. Paid training is provided to equip CSRs with knowledge and professionalism.

Bilingual candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity with call center hours of 8 AM–6:30 PM CST, Monday–Friday, and 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–6 months of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Excellent attendance and reliability during training.
• Organizational and prioritization skills; capable of handling 100+ calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or approved channels following policies and privacy requirements.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services to consumers and providers.
• Document and track all interactions in relevant systems.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and perform data entry accurately.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution as needed.
