Formación

• Active CMA or RMA certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Recent clinical or patient-facing healthcare experience.

Responsabilidades

• Discuss medications, symptoms, appointments, and care needs with patients.
• Help patients understand and stay engaged in their care plans.
• Identify concerns and escalate them appropriately.
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and healthcare teams.
