Viking Client Services, LLC seeks a Spanish bilingual Claims Agent to contact insurers and renters to resolve damage claims. You will guide Spanish-speaking customers from report to resolution, applying deep claims knowledge for timely settlements and exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 1–3 years in collections, claims, car rental or subrogation.
• Proven track record of top-tier performance and strong communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the sole point of contact for a portfolio of claims and guide Spanish-speaking customers from initial report to final resolution.
• Apply claims knowledge to navigate issues and ensure timely settlements.
• Build trust with customers through excellent communication and service.
• Manage case portfolios to meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls with insurers and renters to collect outstanding claims.
• Track activity and maintain accurate records; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support outcomes.
