One80 Intermediaries Inc. is seeking a Claims Specialist to provide top-tier service to customers and retailer partners.

The role centers on handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and claims processing to facilitate repairs of furniture. You will review inspection packets, determine warranty coverage, authorize technicians, order parts, and administer settlements with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of intake process experience.
• Completed training and understanding of intake procedures.
• Ability to process existing claims and perform intake tasks.
• Proficient computer and keyboard skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math abilities.
• Strong call-handling and soft skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inbound/outbound communications (phone, email).
• Manage inquiries across claim processes: determine coverage, authorize technicians, order parts, settlements, and follow up.
• Review open claims and follow up to close with high accuracy and service.
• Respond promptly to communications from retailers, customers, and manufacturers.
• Receive and review inspection packets to determine warranty coverage or denial.
• Assist with service solutions for out-of-warranty cases.
• Guide users on retailer portal basics for claims.
• Process inbound calls from technicians and document updates.
