Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a healthcare coordinator to support members aging in place. The role focuses on assessing needs, coordinating care, and helping members navigate benefits and services. You will triage inquiries, document plans, and collaborate with providers and county agencies.

The position is fully remote with Pacific Time hours. Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese or Mandarin) is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Vietnamese, or Cantonese or Mandarin.
• 1+ year healthcare/customer service experience.
• Basic technical skills for role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
