Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Care Coordination, Patient Services, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must have a HIPAA compliance certificate.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Assist with prior authorizations and referral coordination.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments.
