You will verify insurance eligibility, register new patients, and maintain accurate confidential records while delivering friendly, professional service. Must reside in El Paso and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Applicants must reside in El Paso, TX.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
• Verify insurance eligibility.
• Register new patients.
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office’s database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
