We have the job for you. El Paso Dentistry 4 Kidsis offering an excellent entry-level opportunity to join our call center team in El Paso, Texas! This position will primarily be responsible for supporting local dental offices in the states the company operates in.

JOB TYPE:Full-time work from home position

ALLOWANCE:We offer an internet allowance of up to $60/month for work expenses

EXPERIENCE:1+ years customer service

SCHEDULE:Day shifts - No nights or weekends required at this time

PAY:$12.25per hour

BONUS PAY:Opportunities to earn up to$200 a monthin addition to your hourly pay!

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, provide pre-visit instructions, and address any changes or cancellations.
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Collect and update patient information in the dental office's database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with patients, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
