Job summary

FronteraCare is hiring a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) via telehealth across multiple states. You will craft data-driven treatment plans and ensure reports meet payer standards, preparing cases for seamless handoff to BCBA and RBT teams.

Experience with telehealth, video analysis, and a strong clinical writing ability are essential, along with active BCBA certification and a Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience working as a BCBA.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong clinical writing and analytical skills.
• Experience with telehealth and remote supervision.
• Experience with video-based observation analysis.
• Experience in multi-state telehealth service delivery.
• Comfort with technology platforms and data systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, record review, direct observation, and standardized tools.
• Utilize video-capture technology to review sessions and inform treatment planning.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
• Ensure all reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
