Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience working as a BCBA.
• At least 1 year of Functional Behavior Assessment focused work preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, record review, and observation.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness.

Skills

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Bilingual English and Spanish

Strong clinical writing and analytical skills

Experience with telehealth and remote supervision

Comfort with technology platforms and data systems

Education

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
