Job summary

FronteraCare seeks a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) via telehealth in a remote startup environment. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, review data, and develop high-quality treatment plans aligned with medical necessity.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, 5+ years of BCBA experience, and bilingual English–Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, records, direct observation, and standardized tools.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of video data.
