Cesna Group is seeking a Bilingual Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our global team. This remote role centers on sourcing and placing top bilingual sales candidates for international clients, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and strategic talent acquisition.

You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct comprehensive interviews, and guide clients through offers and negotiations while thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or recruiting field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site).
• Manage end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
• Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
• Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through business development.
• Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms of business with clients.
