Job summary

Cesna Group is hiring a Korean bilingual Recruitment Consultant (remote) to source, interview, and place candidates for our client partnerships across the United States. You will advise clients on hiring strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offers.

The role requires experience in sales or recruiting, fluent in English and Korean is highly desirable, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruiting field.
• Bilingual English and Korean is highly desirable.
• MBA is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site).
• Manage end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs.
• Present and promote qualified candidates to clients.
• Extend offers and close placements.
• Build and maintain client relationships through business development.
• Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients.
• Negotiate terms of business with clients.
