Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Resolution Specialist to support a remote-first claims operation focused on transportation-related auto claims. You will handle calls, guide claimants through the process, triage inventory, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive process improvements.

The role requires a licensed adjuster, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of transportation claims experience. Strong communication, empathy, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Active insurance adjuster’s license in home state or designated state.
Bachelor's degree required; other qualifications may suffice.
Minimum 3 years' experience in transportation claims adjusting with relevant sub‑types listed.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, high‑quality customer service to policyholders and claimants by handling calls, filing claims, and resolving requests.
Manage an inventory of litigated and non‑litigated cases.
Analyze auto insurance claims to identify disputes, gather information, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
Coordinate with defense and coverage counsel, manage outside vendors, and oversee discovery and depositions when needed.
