Reserv is an insurtech innovating AI and automation for faster, fairer claims handling. This remote-friendly role targets transportation-related auto claims and requires licensed adjusters with strong customer service and negotiation skills.

We seek a proactive Resolution Specialist who collaborates with product and engineering to improve processes, delivers timely updates to stakeholders, and champions a customer-first resolution approach.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license as required by state.
• Willing to obtain licenses within 60 days.
• Minimum 3 years of transportation claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to policyholders and claimants by answering calls, filing claims, and resolving requests.
• Manage an inventory of litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Analyze auto claims to identify disputes, gather documentation, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policy provisions, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with defense and litigation teams for strategic planning and vendor relations.
• Review legal documents and assist with discovery; serve as corporate representative when needed.
