Phoenix A.M.D. International Inc. is seeking a motivated bilingual Claims Resolution Specialist to join our remote team. You will manage Service Plan claims from start to finish, communicating with customers by phone and email to provide updates and resolve issues.

You’ll document activity in the claims system, prioritize fast-paced work, and collaborate with retailers, service technicians, and team members to meet SLAs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
• Experience in call centers or customer service preferred.
• Ability to use Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates and resolve claim-related issues.
• Manage claims from initiation through resolution while meeting service level expectations.
• Resolve open claims efficiently within established timelines.
• Accurately document claim activity and customer interactions in the claims management system.
• Build positive relationships with consumers, retailers, and service partners.
• Investigate claim concerns and identify effective solutions.
• Prioritize workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department performance goals.
