Job summary

4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions (Corporate) is building a nationwide remote booking team. You will handle English and Spanish calls, messages, and scheduling across Go High Level, Zenoti, and RingCentral while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will manage inbound and outbound communications, drive early appointments, and maintain real-time lead documentation. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role with earning potential through appointment incentives.

Qualifications

• Conversational Spanish fluency required; English and Spanish phone conversations.
• 2+ years of call center or high-volume scheduling experience.
• 80+ calls per shift in most recent role.
• Remote-ready home workspace and 100 Mbps internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound calls, SMS, email, and CRM follow-up in English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments using Zenoti, Go High Level, or RingCentral; target earliest slots.
• Build rapport and educate patients to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Re-engage unconverted leads and reschedule missed appointments.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.
