Job summary

Vision Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Appointment Booking Representative – Remote, supporting English, French and/or Spanish speakers. You will manage calls and chats, guide patients through their journey, and convert interest into booked consultations while meeting performance targets.

You will work in a fully remote capacity for the United States market, with a starting wage of $20 per hour plus a performance bonus up to 20% and a guaranteed 10% during the first three months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least six months of experience in customer service, a call centre, chat support, or a role with measurable performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and chats in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Take a consultative approach to understanding patients’ needs and highlight relevant services while delivering exceptional service.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to turn interest into booked consultations and keep them engaged.
• Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments while helping optimize clinic schedules.
• Meet individual booking, conversion, and follow-up targets while maintaining high-quality interactions.
• Create and update patient records, document accurate notes, and update CRM and scheduling statuses.
