Job summary

Vision Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Appointment Booking Representative for a remote role. You will handle calls and chats in English, French, or Spanish as needed, guide patients through their journey, and convert interest into booked consultations.

You will maintain patient records in CRM systems, support scheduling across clinics, and strive to meet individual and team targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months experience in customer service, call centre, chat support, or role with measurable performance targets.
• Clear communication in English and French; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and chat in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide patients through their journey and book consultations.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to convert interest into booked consultations.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments; optimize clinic calendars.
• Maintain accurate patient records in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Use feedback to refine approach and improve patient experience.
