You will work across Lessen, MSR, AMH portals, log bid activity within 24 hours, respond to inquiries within four business hours, and escalate pricing discrepancies before bid submission to

• Strong attention to detail; pricing and documentation accuracy are essential.
• Ability to manage a high-volume bid queue and meet daily production goals.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• Reliable high-speed internet for portal access during business hours.
• Experience using web-based client portals or work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Write and submit estimates within the same business day for all assigned work orders.
• Clear your assigned portion of the bids queue every business day before end of day.
• Prioritize Ready for Office items and complete the same day when submitted before 4:00 PM.
• Notify the Team Estimator by 3:00 PM if your queue cannot be cleared that day.
• Apply established pricing standards accurately to every bid.
• Acknowledge and log bid revisions in the client portal on the same day they are received.
• Follow up on open revisions daily until resolved.
• Ensure every open revision has a documented status update in the portal.
