Job summary

Frontline Security Solutions is seeking an Estimator to join our team, with potential remote work for the right candidate. You will prepare tender costings, liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and clients, and ensure bids are accurate, timely and aligned with client needs.

This role sits in a growing Estimating team and offers a challenging yet rewarding environment as we win new work globally. You’ll work to deadlines, supporting multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with good to intermediate skills.
• Confident in using MS Office packages.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting quick deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates and response documents for all opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Operations and Key Stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Understand the costings for quotations, verifying part numbers and quantities.
• Complete technical compliance statements.
• Assess drawings, plans and technical specifications.
• Reach out to suppliers and manufacturers for quotations and project support.
• Follow up on submitted bids to understand their status.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting multiple deadlines.
• Represent Frontline at client or contractor meetings as needed.
