Job summary

optiBPO is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates for deals and bids. You will gather data from sites, forecasts, and vendors, analyzing labor, materials, and timelines to support profitable decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, experience with Timberline and HCSS HeavyBid, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams across international markets. Remote AU shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estimation or similar role.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with construction cost estimation methods.
• Proficient with Timberline and HCSS HeavyBid software.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and scope to develop accurate estimates.
• Identify key cost drivers and prepare detailed cost estimates and bids.
• Gather data from sites, vendors, and subcontractors; perform risk analysis.
• Prepare estimate reports and communicate findings to project managers and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
