International SOS is expanding its Bid Management team in the United States to support growing RFP activity across the US and Canada. The Bid Writer will partner with the Bid Management team to develop, coordinate, and submit compelling, compliant proposals while coordinating input from Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other subject matter experts.

The role requires at least 2 years of bid writing experience, strong written and verbal English, and proficiency with MS Office and proposal

Qualifications

• 2+ years in bid writing and proposal development.
• Experience with bid management tools and content management systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for proposal improvement while ensuring compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, coordination, writing, and submission of high-quality RFP responses.
• Manage bid activities across the lifecycle with governance and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and others for content.
• Produce clear, persuasive, client-focused proposal content.
• Ensure submissions comply with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Manage document control, reviews, and version control through final submission.
• Coordinate bid reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Support bid qualification and identify risks to submissions.
• Handle client clarification requests and post-submission activities.
• Maintain proposal content repositories and templates; drive process improvement.
• Manage multiple opportunities with competing deadlines.
• Support Regional Bid Management Director on strategic projects.
