International SOS is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to support the Bid Management team in preparing, coordinating, and submitting winning proposals across the United States and Canada. You will develop compelling responses, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance with client requirements to drive growth and market presence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bid writing, proficiency with Loopio or similar tools, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bid writing and proposal development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, writing, and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and opportunities.
• Coordinate bid lifecycle, ensuring adherence to processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and SMEs to gather information and develop content.
• Produce clear, persuasive, client-focused proposals that communicate value propositions.
