Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Bid Writer to partner with the Bid Management team across the United States and Canada, developing high-quality responses to RFPs and tenders, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

The role requires 2+ years of bid writing experience, proficiency in MS Office and AI-assisted tools, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment; light travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bid writing and proposal development experience.
• Experience with bid management and proposal automation tools.
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
• Experience supporting end-to-end proposal development activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and opportunities.
• Manage bid lifecycle, timelines, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal to gather information and craft content.
• Produce clear, persuasive, client-focused proposals.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission instructions.
• Coordinate document control, reviews, approvals, and version control.
