Job summary

International SOS is seeking a skilled Bid Writer to support the Bid Management team across the United States and Canada. You will develop compelling responses, coordinate cross-functional input, ensure client-compliant submissions, and drive improvements in bid processes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and subject matter experts to craft persuasive, customer-focused content using AI-assisted tools while maintaining accuracy and governance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bid writing and proposal development experience.
• Experience using bid management and proposal automation tools.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve proposal development while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and submission of high-quality responses to RFPs/RFQs/tenders.
• Manage bid lifecycle, timelines, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and SMEs to gather information and develop content.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission instructions.
• Coordinate document control, reviews, and version control through final submission.
• Support bid qualification activities and identify risks.
• Handle client clarification requests and post-submission activities.
• Maintain proposal content, templates, and knowledge repositories; drive process improvements.
