Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of bid writing and proposal development experience.
• Experience with bid management and proposal automation tools.
• Proven ability to develop compliant, high-quality responses.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools in proposals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, coordination, writing, and submission of RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and opportunities.
• Manage proposal activities across the bid lifecycle and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and SMEs for content.
• Produce clear, persuasive responses communicating value propositions.
• Ensure submissions comply with client requirements and instructions.
