Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Bid/Proposal Manager to own end-to-end bid and RFP processes, coordinating across Sales, executives, Clinical, Product, Technology, Security, Legal, Finance and Delivery. This role focuses on crafting strategic, compliant responses delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bid or proposal management in health tech, public sector, enterprise software, or professional services.
• Experience managing large, complex public-sector RFPs end-to-end, including responses exceeding 100 pages.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, turning technical inputs into clear, persuasive, compliant responses.
• Strong project management coordinating multiple contributors, deadlines, review stages, and priorities.
• Knowledge of US state procurement or GPO is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end bid and RFP process and continuously improve it.
• Coordinate across Sales, executives, Clinical, Product, Technology, Security, Legal, Finance, and Delivery.
• Run bid/no-bid decisions with Sales.
• Develop detailed response plans with timelines and review stages.
• Write and edit proposals transforming input into compliant answers.
• Coordinate pricing sections with Finance and senior leadership.
• Build reusable content library including security questionnaires, references, and case studies.
• Evaluate and implement an RFP management platform.
• Own RFP intake and 12-month submission calendar.
• Manage final formatting, forms, compliance checks, and on-time submissions.
• Support oral presentations and clarification rounds with account teams.
• Run lessons-learned reviews and track metrics like submissions and win rate.
• Establish scalable processes to increase content reuse and response quality.
