Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3–5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• High levels of grammatical, spelling and formatting accuracy.
• Proven skills in producing and editing content in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Project manage bid process from RFx receipt to submission.
• Write proposals and documentation for AGS MSP and services procurement.
• Shape win themes with sales, solutions, and operations.
• Collaborate to build pitch decks based on content and requirements.
• Ensure client-facing output adheres to brand and quality standards.
• Maintain bid activity in Salesforce CRM and update Loopio proposals.
