Job summary

Manifest Health seeks a Bidding Solutions Associate to manage a portfolio of clients and craft high-impact proposals using our quoting system. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, this in-person role focuses on feasibility, framing, and costing of bids while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

You will draft proposals, gather data, negotiate with panel vendors, and ensure timely delivery of bids. Candidates should have account management experience, strong math skills, Excel proficiency,

Qualifications

• Experience in an account management role or related profession.
• Excellent math and critical thinking skills.
• Customer service experience.
• High degree of understanding budgeting and costing.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• 1-2+ years experience in Healthcare sector preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent in written and spoken English.
• Detail oriented.
• Pro-active in communicating.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and writing emails to clients.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred.
• MS Office 365 knowledge or Google Suite knowledge (WORD, POWER POINT, EXCEL, GMAIL, TEAMS).
• Has a desire to learn and can take direction.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft proposals and determine project feasibility.
• Manage framing and costing for bids and oversee a portfolio of clients.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and gather country-specific healthcare data.
• Communicate bid updates to sales managers and support senior commercial staff.
• Develop strategies to build strong client relationships and growth opportunities.
