Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Bid Manager to oversee the full bid process from RFx receipt to submission. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance, craftwinning proposals, and manage decks and documentation under tight deadlines.

The role requires 3–7 years of proposal writing and 3–5 years of direct reports leadership, with strong MS Word/PowerPoint and Excel proficiency. A dynamic, detail‑oriented team player is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3–5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Advanced user of MS Word and PowerPoint with good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Project managing the bid process from RFx receipt through submission.
• Writing proposals and related documentation for AGS MSP and services procurement.
• Shaping opportunity win themes with sales, solutions, and operations.
• Managing and building pitch decks based on proposal content and requirements.
• Championing customer needs during bid development and presentations.
• Ensuring output adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Facilitating gate and proposal development calls.
• Documenting bid activity in Salesforce CRM and maintaining the database.
